Press on the two buttons of the lens cap
and attach it to the lens, then release the
buttons to lock it in place.

and remove it from the lens.

About the Indicators on the Projector
Power indicator
Green on/Red on ... Normal
Red blinks ... Abnormal 
Temperature warning indicator
Off ... Normal
Red on ... The internal temperature is abnormally high. 
Lamp indicator
Green on ... Normal
Green blinks ... The lamp is warming up.
Red on ... Change the lamp. 
Attaching and Removing the Lens Shipping Block
When attaching the lens shipping block, be sure to return the
lens shift lever to the center position. If the lens is shifted upward
or downward, the lens shipping block cannot be attached.
