1. Model Name: MX-RB14(option for MX6500N – MX7500N – MX6240N – MX7040N)
2. Description:
When installing Paper Pass unit (MX- RB14) to New products (MX6500N - MX7500N), there
are some cases where it is necessary to change Interface transport roller 2 of Paper Pass
unit to Relay Pull-Out roller and add One-Way coupling.
This is because 19-inch-size paper becomes available on new products
(MX6500N - MX7500N).
If 19-inch-size paper is used with current condition of Paper Pass unit, it will trigger the
factor of JAM (L1DFR03_S or LPPD1_S etc).
For the users who do not use 19-inch paper, no action needs to be taken.
Relay Pull-Out Roller and One-Way coupling are installed to MX-RB14 from April 2013
production (Packing version label "A10"), however, those are not installed to MX-RB14
before March 2013 production (Packing version label "A00"). For the user who uses
19-inch-size paper on New products (MX6500N - MX7500N), when installing the current
MX-RB14, please change the parts to Relay Pull-Out roller (NROLR1983FCZ1) and add
One-Way coupling (NCPL-0081FCZZ) before installing MX-RB14.
