1. CWS
⇒Edit⇒Preferences⇒Regional Settings⇒Unit ⇒ Millimeters
2. Import PDF job on hold queue on CWS
3. Open the properties and change the setting as below

4. Check the Finishing custom width as default value (8.0 mm) in Finishing Tab/Trim (Do not
change Finishing custom width) and enable Trim

Result:
Trim size should be 8mm, but trim size is 2mm.

2. When a job set custom size (319*450) is sent, SRA3 is required.

1. Open Letter_01P.doc
2. Open the printer driver property.
3. Open Media -> Paper size -> Custom and set Millimeters and input Width:319/Height:450
4. Send the job.
