• FIT204873: Fiery exited while printing 20 or more than 20 page duplex job with Slip sheet ,
Sort and n copies
1. Import any file more than 20 pages to the hold queue
2. Open Job Properties
Job info copies more than 1
3. Layout tab
Duplex Top-Top
4. Media Tab
Slip sheet ON
5. Go to Finishing tab
Select Sort mode Sort with Shift or Sort without shift
6. Print the job
Result: It prints 1copy of the job and the slip-sheet and then it prints 2nd copy of the job 6
sheets and then the Fiery gets exited and in engine Paper jam occurs.

1. Open a multipage PDF document
2. Go to File
Print and select the installed driver name
3. Click on Properties

4. Go to Media tab
Document Size A4LEF.
5. Print the job.
Result: Job was seen in waiting to print state without any message in CWS.
