1)
Open the DSPF unit (a).
2)
Clean the table glass (a) and the SPF glass (b) at every 500K.
3)
Remove the screw (a), and remove the cabinet (b).
4)
Check the dust cover (a) at every 500K.
* When removing the dust cover, cover the high voltage PWB
with paper (a) to prevent against dust.
5)
Remove the screw (a), and remove the table glass holder (b)
and the table glass (c).

6)
Remove the screw (a), and remove the SPF glass (b).
7)
Clean the back surface of the SPF glass (a).
