1.  Model Name: MX-FN21 
2.  Description: After the Plockmatic has been used and the machine is being returned to the normal 
condition the exit trays do not move up to their correct location after the machine has been re booted to 
take it out of booklet maker mode. 
3.  Cause: The centre YO sensor arm is getting stuck on a cushion and delaying the operation of the arm. See 
below the location of the arm and cushion:
