3.Overview:
Separating pressure can be adjusted by changing the position of the gear attached to
the separating roller axle in the paper feed unit.
Adjusting the separating pressure can improve margins for problems involving special
paper (e.g. specially coated paper, etc).

1. Detach the paper feed unit from the large capacity tray. (Refer to the service manual for instructions
