Sharp Desk Mobile 
Modification has been made not to display the registration confirmation message on the 
operation panel of the main unit when registering the profile with Scan function of Sharp 
Desk Mobile. 
2 UI 
The feature to change the color of 2-line message from Gradation pattern to Single color 
pattern has been added to the controller SOFT SW.

If the paper types/paper sizes that could not be output as the offset was selected when 
setting up the Offset, it used to be that "The paper in the selected tray cannot be used for 
the selected mode" message would be displayed and the resume print was blocked as a 
specification.    Now it has been modified to clear the offset processing automatically 
when executing the job. (no message is displayed) 
4 UI 
When the OSA external authentication log-in screen was displayed on Copy/Image Send 
mode, the job status on the lower left of the screen could not be displayed.    This 
problem has been corrected. 
5 Web 
Page 
When the "Sys Log" in the Service Web Page was set to "Enable", in some cases, the 
U2 error was caused by the execution of Reboot from the Web Page.    This problem has 
been corrected.   
6 Image 
Send 
When scanning to the USB memory, in some cases, it would fail with "The memory 
becomes full." message even though there was free space in the USB memory.     
This problem has been corrected. 
7 Trouble 
Code 
The U2 trouble that should not have been cleared unless SIM16 was executed could be 
cleared by the power-OFF/ON.    This problem has been corrected.   
(If the corrective firmware for this issue is installed to the machine that U2 trouble was 
cleared only by the power-OFF/ON, the U2 trouble will be displayed when the machine is 
turned ON after the completion of the installation so the appropriate process to clear the 
U2 trouble will be required.) 
8 Network 
When using "Scan to Network Folder", if the Network Folder was specified not with the IP 
address but with the server name (15 characters for the hostname), in some cases, the 
machine hanged up and could not send the data.    This problem has been corrected. 
9 Network 
There were some cases where Scan to E-Mail failed under the network environment that 
a large amount of ARP packets were running.    This problem has been corrected. 
10 Network 
When scanning with OSA, if the application server was Microsoft-IIS/Ver.7.0 or later 
version, the communication error occurred during the data sending by HTTP.    This 
problem has been corrected. 
11 Network 
Modification has been made not to finalize the IP address until the IP information is 
obtained from DHCP server when the setting of DHCP is enabled. 
12 Network 
When accessing to the file server with the sever name, in some cases, Scan to Network 
Folder would be unusable. This problem has been corrected. 
13 Network 
When printing from the machine with the Printer Expansion Kit installed, in some rare 
cases, NIC on the machine side would be disconnected and the data would not be 
printed. This problem has been corrected. 
14 Printer 
The feature to set the printable area to the same level as the previous models has been 
added to the controller SOFT SW.

Control
