1. Model Name: MX-FNX5 (option for MX-M850/M950/M1100)
2. General:
The finisher (MX-FNX5) had a failure (LFTMJ, etc.) of the tray to move properly up and down,
which was attributed to the fact that the weight of paper loaded on the offset tray caused the
supporting steel side plate to be released.
Our solution for the failure since mid-September 2007 has been to carry out the measure to
shore up the plate with an additional stay shaft. In response to requests from manufacturer,
however, who wanted to adopt a reinforcement scheme to utilize the stay steel plate secured
by spot-welding, we now replace the stay shaft with the steel plate.

SUPPORTING STEEL SIDE PLATE.
