In the case of the staple position or folding position being incorrect you can 
adjust both by using the procedure listed on this page
To adjust the staple position, use the System settings, Common settings, 
Device control Saddle Fold/Stitch Position Adjust.
 
 
 
 
Once you have the staple position central (Ignoring the fold position at this 
stage) Exit from system settings. Now using the dip switches on the finisher
