Thismachineperformsfollowingfourbasicoperationsfortransportofpaper.

Papersentfromtheconnectedunitisdischargedtotheloadtraysection.

[2]Processtraytransportoperation

Paper sent from the connected unit is stacked to the process tray, and aligned and
stapled,thendischargedtotheloadtraysection.

[3]Buffertransportsection

Papersentfromtheconnectedunitistransportedtothebufferpathsection.

[4]Paperswitchsection

Papersentfromtheconnectedunitisswitchedtothesaddlestitchersection.

Straighttransportoperation

Whentheshiftoperationandthestapleoperationarenotperformed,thismachinedischarges
papertotheloadtraysectionwithouttransportingpapertotheprocesstraysection.
Inthestraighttransportoperation,papersentfromtheconnectedunitisdischargedtothe
loadtraysectiononebyone.
Paper is driven by the Finisher paper transport motor 1 (FSM200) and sent inside the
machinebytheinletrollertoturnONtheFinisherpaperenterdetector(FNS101),drivingthe
Finisherpapertransportmotor1(FSM200)andtheFinisherpapertransportmotor2(FSM102).
Asaresult,paperistransportedanddischargedbythetransportroller1,thetransportroller2,
thetransportroller3,thepaperexitfrontroller,andthebundleexitupper/lowerrollers.
