1. Model Name
MX-FN13 (Option for MX-M260/M260N/M310/M310N)
2. Symptom
The movable portion of the rear harness bends when the tray moves up and down. If it is
repeated, it may be impossible to detect the paper on the delivery tray due to rear harness
break.
3. Description
From the beginning of the production, temporary measures had been adopted to prevent the
rear harness from breaking. However, permanent measures have been taken from the
production in October. (For the stopgap and permanent measures, see blow.)
