MX-DEX1/DEX2  DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY  6 – 2

1)

Remove paper feed unit 1 or 2. 

2)

Remove the E ring and bearing and then remove the paper
feed lower PG unit.

3)

Remove the pressure release spring and then remove the
paper feed lower PG reinforcing plate.  Remove the separation
pressing spring and separation pressure release plate.

4)

Remove the separation roller. Remove the E ring and then
remove the separation shaft. 
Remove the torque limiter.

1)

Remove paper feed unit 1.

2)

Remove the right door open/close sensor. 

1)

Remove paper feed unit 2

2)

Remove the ground plate.  Remove each part and then
remove the vertical transport roller. 

1)

Remove paper feed unit 1 or 2. 

2)

Remove the paper feed vertical transport PG unit and then
remove the belt.  
(This step is only necessary for paper feed unit 2).
