1. Model Name: MX-C301/C301W
2. Symptom:
The process of clearing the job log (SIM62-10/SIM62-1) was not performed in the final
production process of the models listed above. As a result the job completion history and
the job log information from the manufacturing process remain.
This issue does not affect the models listed below because there is no HDD installed.

3. Description:
The work to clear the job log (Execute SIM62-10/SIM62-11) has been implemented in
the final production process from April 2015 production.
4. Field action
When installing the machines of March 2015 production or earlier productions, please
clear the job log.
However, please note that the job log of the user will also be deleted if the job log is
cleared on a machine already installed.
