Procedure: 

Adjust Secondary Transfer current and PTC current. 

 

Secondary Transfer current select appropriate mode from the following: B/W, Colour 

 

PTC current: B/W, Colour. 

 

Secondary Transfer current Increase by the increment of 10-count Max：30 

 

PTC current Increase by the increment of 10-count Max：30 

 

*The same amount of counts should be changed for Secondary Transfer and PTC 
basically. 

 

*Please adjust electric current by Machine Adjustment or Paper Property instead of 
changing Sim8-6. The output value for Transfer is the value for which the adjustment 
by the respective Machine Adjustment or Paper Property is made on the value of 
Sim8-6. If the values of Sim8-6 are changed, the output values for all modes will be 
changed. 

 
 

Paper Type: 

Embossed Paper 

Defect: 

MAX density is lower than plain paper print.

Procedure: 

Increase the maximum density for all colours and black. 

 

Change from "0" to "+10" for the appropriate colour, this will increase the density by 
inflating the high voltage (developing bias and grid bias). 

 

Only the print of papers specified by the Paper Property is targeted. 

 
 

Adjustment 8 

Paper Type: 

All 

Defect: 

The same ghost image as the outlined image (letters) is printed at 157mm of the rear 
end side of it.
