Colour/B&W when using Vender Mode.

While reconnecting to the server with support for passive mode after failing to the 
connection in active mode, the communication was not allowed for a while depends on the 
server. In that case, the data transmission to FTP site was not allowed until the recovery. 
A Soft SW has been added as a countermeasure so that the connection in passive mode 
is allowed in the first place.

format.
