2. With reference to the rated value indicated on the label, set the values of Sim08-01, and 

Sim08-02 in MIDDLE and LOW/HIGH in this order according to the following 
accompanying specification. (Be aware that the setting values of LOW/HIGH may 
change if the value of MIDDLE is set up after setting up the values of LOW/HIGH.) 

- DV_Bias and Grid_Bias Setting for MX-5500N/6200N/7000N 
- DV_Bias and Grid_Bias Setting for MX-6201N/7001N 

 

(NOTES) 

1. The two kinds of labels, current and new, are stuck on the MC and DV high-voltage power 

supply PWB. On the new label, the value of MIDDLE based on the present alteration is 
indicated. (This value is a GBK value that has been added 30 to the GBK value indicated 
on the current label.)  

2. The current label has been replaced by the new one from November 2008 production. For 

the identification between the current and the new label, the asterisk symbol “*” is placed 
behind the manufacturer’s 11-digit item number. 

- MX-5500N/6200N/7000N 

The machine stuck with the current label (EUKMBHA03HA):  

The present alteration has been made from August 2008 production.

The present alteration has been made in production. 

- MX-6201N/7001N

3. The present alteration has been made in production for the machine stuck with the new 

label. For the field, the replacement of the MC and DV high-voltage power supply PWB 
requires the settings of the values of Sim08-01 and Sim08-02 according to this report.
