CEE-750: PRECAUTIONS WHEN REPLACING THE 

WEB ROLLER 

 
1.Model Name: 

MX-3500N/3501N/4500N/4501N 

MX-4100N/4101N/5000N/5001N 
MX-5500N/6200N/7000N/6201N/7001N 

 
2.General: 

Usually, when the web maintenance kit (MX-450WC, MX-410WC, MX-700WC, MX-701WC) is 
used, the complete web unit is replaced. 
The web unit includes a web roller, web bearing, web brake collar A, web brake collar B, and 
web brake gum, etc. Therefore, replacing the web unit also simultaneously replaces the web 
roller, web bearing, web brake collar A, web brake collar B, and web brake gum, etc. 
 
However, if a problem occurs with the web roller, it can be replaced on its own by ordering the 
individually part. But continuously replacing the web roller without replacing the  web bearing, 
web brake collar A, web brake collar B, and web brake gum, etc., may lead to a malfunction or 
a cleaning fault due to the web unit requireing these parts. 
 
It is advised that when replacing the web roller without using the maintenance kit, its service 
parts are also fitted (web bearing, web brake collar A, web brake collar B, and web brake gum) 
simultaneously.
