Procedures
1.Remove back plate (upper). (7 screws)
2.Remove back plate (lower). (6 screws)
3.Open front door and pull out trays and handles, and then remove the left cabinet. (1 screw)
*Take care not to damage the cabinet.
4.Remove ozone filter cover and remove the back part of the left cabinet. (1 screw)
*Take care not to damage the cabinet.
