3.Description:
To prevent the delivery fan of the delivery fan duct cover section from malfunctioning even if
the fan is affected by delivery motor noise, we have taken the following measures:

1) Interim measure: We have added an external diode to the PWB in the delivery fan
(for MX-6201N and MX-7001N, this measure is already taken, starting from the first
delivery fan).
2) Permanent measure: We have changed the pattern of the PWB in the delivery fan.
Only the permanent measure (not the interim measure) is taken for the delivery fans in the
delivery upper paper guide and transport drive of the delivery section. (For common use)

1) Identifying the delivery fan for which the interim measure is taken
Before change: Green label
After change: Black marking is made to the right of green-label manufacturer name or

2) Identifying the delivery fan for which the permanent measure is taken
A white label is pasted to the delivery fan for which the permanent measure is taken
