If you are experiencing the misregistration of colours and getting errors when performing SIM 50-22 Auto colour 
registration & drum phase adjustment, then follow the steps below. 
 
1) Check copy quality to ensure good solids are achieved. 
2) Check condition of drums and charge units, also check developer. 
3) Check condition of Primary transfer belt, ensure no marks or defects are present. 
4) Check and clean Image density sensors, calibrate sensors (Using Jig if required). 
5) Check drive to drum and transfer units, see Technical bulletins.  CCE-1266,  CCE-1128 
 
If all the above are known to be Ok then please proceed to next stage, if any issues have been found, please rectify 
issues before continuing.  
 
Enter Simulation 50-20 Colour Image registration adjustment (Manual adj) and check values A to I cross reference with 
Sim 22-06 print out if available prior to fault occurring. 
If any values have changed to extreme ie. Set at 1 or set at 255 these need to be re-entered, if no reference values 
available, please set to 100. Press execute to enter new values, a printed sheet will be produced. 
 
Now enter Simulation 50-22 and press execute, provided no errors occur, check LSU skew values and adjust if 
required. 
 
NOTE. LSU skew values need to be at 0.0 or as close as you can get. 
 
If Rotate all value is out, then adjust the Black adjustment screw on LSU until a value of 0.0 is achieved. 
This will alter the values of C, M, and Y. 
 
Make adjustments as necessary to the LSU adjustment screws for CMY, (these can be done all at once) 
 
EG. L 0.5 (OK) No adjustment required 
 
       L 5.7 (NG) Turn screw 6 clicks to the left. 
 
      R 4.3 (NG) Turn screw 4 clicks to the right. 
 
Try to achieve a value of 0.0 but 0.X ( where X = 0-9) will be ok. 
 
Once values are Ok exit Simulation and perform test copies. If issues occur during these procedures then double
