If some packing remains when the machine is powered on or
the gripper unit fails to open fully, the Staple Unit
Synchronization Drive Gear may become damaged, causing
F1‐08 trouble.
If the Drive Gear is damaged, the saddle unit will have to be
replaced (0CW4158K142//)

Vibration during transportation may cause the adjustment
plate of the saddle unit to become locked by the metal sheet
guide – Push the adjustment plate from underneath to
release
