2. Symptom:
 
Static electricity can cause overvoltage to be impressed on the LD PWB in the LSU, resulting 
in the occurrence of the trouble code of “E7-20.” 
 
3. Description:
 
A zener diode has been provided for the LD PWB to prevent overvoltage from being impressed 
on the LD PWB in the LSU. 
 
Measure to identify the LSU provided with the zener diode: The bar-code label on the LSU 
shows a manufacture month, which enables you to identify it. 
 
 
 
 
4. Action:   
From mid-January 2009 production
