2. Remove the three P tight screws and de-mount the AS parts of the primary transfer blade, TC blade
reinforce plate, and transfer guide upper from the cleaner frame UN.
*Note: The availability of the TC blade reinforce plate depends on production lots.
MX-2300N/2700N
TC blade reinforce plates will be added in the middle of January 2006 production.
MX-3500N/3501N/4500N/4501N
TC blade reinforce plates are available from the initial lot.
3. Peel off the C-J Packing mylar from the primary transfer blade.
*Note: Do not allow anything to touch the rubber part of the primary transfer blade.
If anything touches the rubber part, the contact part may be scratched, resulting in a cleaning malfunction.
When placing the primary transfer blade, pay attention to the direction so that the rubber is not scratched.
