1. When a toner cartridge is inserted and then auto-developer adjustment (Sim25-2) is executed, 

in some cases, "EE-EL" and/or "F2-4x" will occur. To prevent these errors when Sim25-2 is 
executed, developer tank incompatibility detection and toner cartridge presence detection 
judgment have been added.
