These two upgrades in details and distinguish method are described as follows:
(1) Upgraded cleaning performance
When to maintain the process unit without a process label affixed, check if the following action
has already been taken. If not so, it is recommended to take the following action.
1-1) Addition of ozone shade molt A onto the cleaning blade:
Note1: Affix the ozone shade molt A after cleaning the area to be affixed with alcohol.
Note2: Be careful not to stretch the ozone shade molt A when affixing.
Note3: Remove the cleaning blade first before taking the following action on the unit.
1-2) Elimination of one of (3x10) blue screws fastening the cleaning blade:
