2. Symptom:   
An unnecessary service call may be made owing to the following reason: 
If the full detect actuator comes off, the full detect lever does not return to the predefined 
position. Consequently, the system falsely recognizes paper as full and stops the machine 
even if paper is not full. 
 
3. Description: 
In order to make the full detect lever return to the predefined position even if the full detect 
actuator comes off, the full ACT return SP has been added. As a result, the false detection is 
avoided and this change makes it difficult to get an unnecessary service call. 
In addition, the full detect lever return performance has been improved by adding the full ACT 
return SP. The use of the return supporting full detect sheet will be discontinued. 
Adding the full ACT return SP to the machine that has the full detect sheet is no problem. The 
full detect sheet does not have to be removed.
