Printer resident fonts are used for printing, unless “Download fonts” is
selected, when the fonts used in the document to be printed are sent to
the printer before the body of text.  (Resident Fonts*, Download Fonts).
Not available in the Apple Mac driver.

TrueType Mode Specifies how TrueType fonts should be printed.  (Download as

(PCL)

TrueType, Download as bitmap font, Print as graphic (Print as graphic 
is only available when graphics mode is set to “Raster”)).

Download Font

Specifies what fonts are used for printing.  (Download as Adobe

(PostScript)

[Type1]; Download as Bitmap [Type3]; Download as TrueType 
[Type42]).

Defaults

Resets the “Font” settings back to factory default settings.
