1.Model Name:

2.Description:
The ROM will be upgraded according to the following guidelines.
1. To cancel a copy job in progress, a shortcut function, which, when the CA key is
pressed, enables selection of whether to delete the job after printing has stopped, will
be added. (Change of specifications) <Model Name: AR-M350/AR-M450>
(Operation procedure)
(1) Implement simulation number 27-5. (RIC TAG number setting)
a) Display the stored value in the “PRESENT” column.
b) Change the first digit of the “PRESENT" value to "1", and input this value in the
"NEW" column.
*Changing the first digit to "1" enables this function.
c) Press the START key. (Renewal of set value)
(2) Job cancellation procedure (Specifications to be added)
a) Press the CA key.
b) Select “Yes” or “No” for “Cancel JOB”.
c) When “Yes” is selected, the job will be canceled and the machine will be stopped.
2. The value for the maintenance cycle will be changed to meet the market's demand.

(How to change the maintenance cycle)
<MFP Model> The procedure below does not apply to the DM series.
1) Implementing simulation 21-1 (maintenance cycle setting) can change the set value
for the maintenance cycle.
2) Use simulation 26-38 (print stop setting in the case of developer life over) to make the
machine either stop or continue printing.
0: (When “PRINT CONTINUE” is selected): The machine does not stop when the
maintenance set value plus one-tenth of the value is exceeded.
1: (When “PRINT STOP” is selected): The machine stops when the maintenance set
value plus one-tenth of the value is exceeded.
<Printer Model> The procedure below does not apply to the DM series.
1) Go to “MNT CYCLE SET UP” in the dialog to change the maintenance cycle setting.
2) Set the “LIFE OVER SETTING” in the dialog to “No”.
