To improve the software, the ROM version was upgraded.
[Main upgrade]
(1) Added [LINE THICKNESS] to the Default settings of the printer condition settings
(2) Added [EXTRA PRINT MODE] to the Default settings of the printer condition settings
(3) Added [DISABLING OF BYPASS PRINTING] to key operator programs
(4) Beep setting
(5) Modified the Initial resolution setting screen of the Operation settings for fax/image
transmission (for the network scanner setting)
(6) Modified the default file format setting for fax/image transmission (for the network
scanner setting)
(7) 180-Degree image rotation with custom-size paper
(8) Changed the OUTPUTTRAY SETTINGS of INITIAL STATUS SETTINGS for copy
mode
(9) Changed the process when exceeding staple capacity for saddle stitching
(10) The image location in the self-printing 70 for the simulation and the dialog mode
was improved. (Except AR-P350/P450,)
(11) If the amount of paper exceeds the capacity before printing in saddle stitch B
mode, the job stops.
(12) If the job was stopped/resumed after several copies in simplex/staple mode, the
machine stopped because the machine understood the stapler was full. This was
corrected.
(13) ”7: 100K” was added for a value of Sim21-1 Maintenance Cycle setting.
(14) Control level on outside counter when double-counted in duplex printing mode
was improved. (Except AR-P350/P450,)

1. Line Thickness  
This function is used to adjust the line thickness of the vector graphics for printing.
Note) Normally, there is no need to change the line thickness because it is defined by the
printer core.
However, this function would be useful for CAD or other particular purposes where
adjusting the line thickness is required.
The list below shows the relationship between the setting value and the enlargement ratio
of line thickness.
For example, when the Line Thickness is set to “4”, the thickness of the printed line will be
0.95 times as thick as the standard thickness defined by the printer core. When the
setting is 9, the result will be 1.5 times as thick as the standard thickness, and so forth. It
should be noted that each line will be printed as “1 dot line” when it is set to 0.
