Troubleshooting an FTP connection
Model Name:
ARNS1 / ARAX1 / ARAX10
Pre-requisites:
MS Windows 95/98/NT workstation with TCP/IP protocol
Overview:
This procedure allows you to replicate the actions of the Network scanner by
connecting to the FTP server as an Anonymous user and sending a file.
Thus you can prove that the Anonymous user account has been created, and
also that you have the appropriate permissions to write a file to the server,
and hence confirm that the FTP server is not the problem.

Procedure:
Go to the DOS prompt – (start – programs – MSDOS prompt)
Type the following:
