2. Description
In the previous bulletins 048 (ARM550U/M620U) and 030 (ARM700) there was no
availability for the ARP19 firmware upgrade, to upgrade the ARP19 both the PCU and the
Scanner had to be upgraded individually. This has now been rectified. As in the past if
you are upgrading a ‘U’ version machine please use v4u.03, and if upgrading a machine,
which has an ARP19 installed please us v4p.03.
As in the previous bulletins ensure that the settings are changed with in the simulation
codes. These changes may improve performance of both fuser unit and drum cleaner
unit.
