2.Symptom
When Tandem Cover Unit is being used, a scraping sound may be generated in some
cases.
3.Change
Between the Bearing (P/G No. 65-14) and Gear (P/G No. 65-8), a Collar has been
added. According to this addition, MFP Separate Shaft and Separate Plate have been
modified,In addition, the E type ring between the Bearing (P/G No. 65-14) and the Gear
(P/G No. 65-8) has been removed.
When adding the Collar, you need to replace the MFP Separate Shaft at the same time
Also, when replacing the MFP Separate Shaft with a modified one, the Collar needs to be
added.
4.Action
Running change is to be made from January 2004 production.
MODIFICATION AGAINST IRREGULAR SOUND
GENERATED IN TANDEM COVER UNIT’S RUNNING.
