2.Symptom: 
The sub heater cleaning felt/plate in the lower part of the fusing unit oxidizes. In rare cases, this 
oxidization may cause peeling of the felt sheet from the plate. 
 
3.Description: 
To prevent this the material of the plate has been changed If the from phosphor bronze to 
SUS304. 
 
- Material of heat CL sheet base 
 
 
4.Action: 
 
From mid-October 2009 production.
