For example - If custom paper size is "150 * 200 mm",
150 * 10 = 1500(decimal)= 5dc (hex) -> xx xx = "DC 05"

Paper Source Selection
The supported paper source range depends on the model of printer design.
Therefore, printer command for the paper source selection should be
defined to the particular printer. The following table shows the supported
