DUE TO INSERTION/REMOVAL OF THE PROCESS UNIT.

2.Symptom: 

When inserting and removing the process unit, there are very rare cases where the drum front 
PG comes in contact with the drum, causing the drum to be scratched. 

 
3.Description: 

To prevent the drum front PG from coming in contact with the drum, the bending dimension of 
the drum front PG is changed in the direction of separating from the drum. Because the drum 
front PG is bent towards the transfer front PG, the clearance between the transfer front PG and 
the drum front PG is narrowed. As a result, it becomes difficult to make sheets pass through 
the portion between the transfer front PG and drum front PG, causing the possibility of oblique 
feeding. To reserve the clearance between the transfer front PG and the drum front PG, 
transfer front PG spacers are added to the PS paper guide A.
