2. Content 
If the 24V line (red) of the 15-pole connector pin contacts with the chassis, the chip 
fuse on the MCU PWB burns out. Since 24V is not supplied to the solenoids and 
clutch, they are inactive. It may cause paper jam. 
 
Check if the 24V line (red) of the 15-pole connector pin contacts with the chassis as 
shown below. 
In case of contact, the 24V line and chassis are short-circuited. It causes burnout of 
the chip fuse on the MCU PWB.

3. Description 
To prevent the 15-pole connector from contacting with the chassis, wiring treatment 
has been changed as shown below. 
A band (LBNDJ0013FCZ1) is required for change of wiring treatment. 
 
 
4. Market action 
When the fuse has burned out, replace the chip fuse (QFS-L0002QSZZ) or MCU PWB. 
When servicing the machine, check the 15-pole connector position and change the 
wiring treatment.
