Countermeasures against "E1-00" communication 
trouble when turning on the main unit 
1. Model Name
 AR-M165/M207 
2. Symptom
 
"E1-00" IMC port communication trouble may occur when turning on the main unit. 
3. Description
 
To prevent "E1-00" IMC port communication trouble when turning on the main unit, the 
following countermeasures have been taken. 
(1) A resistor (VRS-CZ1JD103J, Location No. R26) mounted on the IMC2 PWB has been  
     removed. (See below.) 
(2) The capacitor of 0.01µF (VCKYCZ1CB103K, Location No. C59) mounted on the IMC2  
     PWB has been changed to a resistor of 1kJ (VRSRCZ1JD102J, Location No. C59).  
     (See below.) 
4. Note
 
Even if the parts code for the IMC2 PWB is old, the above countermeasures have been 
taken  
if the "●" mark is attached to the upper right of the last 2 digits of the parts code.
