The rail base parts (9-9 and 9-15) described in section [9] of the Parts Guide should have
been assembled into a single unit by being welded together. Until now, however, these
parts have been supplied in the form of a single part. From this point on, we will stop
supplying these parts in the form of a single part. Instead, we will supply the rail base unit
where these parts are assembled into the rail base by welding.
