1.Improvement of the delivery gate 3 operation
1. Model Name:

2. General:
(1) When delivery gate 3 interferes with the rib on the staple tray, the movement of the
gate slows down. This may cause a stapling error. The bearing (1 place) in the shaft
support section of delivery gate 3 is changed. Moreover, a poly slider is added between
bearing on the opposite side and E-ring.
(2) To increase the margin of paper diagonal transport when discharging into the tray 3
and to improve the transportability of the compiler pressure release roller, a bush is added
to the pressure release roller section (both of F/R) to increase the contact pressure.

Grease may enter the clutch 30T in the drive section of the delivery roller 1, therefore a
sheet is added to the outer periphery of the clutch case to prevent grease from entering.
