•  Drain and replace the fuser oil. Ensure the oil container has been cleaned out or replaced to avoid 

contaminating the new oil. (AR-C15SL) 

 

Note: Always clean the intake filter on the fuser oil pump on every call. Failure to do so may result in 
damage to the fuser components, and cause the fuser drive system to slow down or stall. 

 
  

Ensure the correct Upper Fuser Roller and Oil Applying Rollers are fitted to the corresponding machine. 
For example, the AR-C150 fuser roller diameter is 10mm smaller than AR-C250. Severe oil “splashing” or 
fuser lamp breakage may result if the incorrect items are installed. 

 

 

Optical Section 
•  Ensure all mirrors including the CCD lens are clean and free from dust. Streaks on copies may be 

caused if the mirrors are “hazy” or dirty. 

•  Clean the CCD white reference plate. 

 

General- 
•  Remove and replace the “User” Waste Toner Container (AR-C15HB) 

• 

Remove and inspect all ozone & toner filters – clean if necessary 

 

 

In addition to the 40K PM procedures listed above, perform the following:- 

 

•  Replace all Ozone and Toner filters. (AR-C15FL) 

•  Replace 3 Developer seals -CMY. (AR-C15DS) 
 

Transport Unit: 
 
•  Replace all Transfer rollers. Clean the transfer holder unit thoroughly (AR-C15TX) 

      

(Not AR-C160) 

•  Replace the transfer belt cleaner blade. (AR-C150/250 – AR-C15TX) 

 

        

     (AR-C160 – AR-C16TK) 

In addition to the 40K and 80K PM procedures listed above, perform the following:- 

 

 

•  Replace the transfer belt and separation pawls  (AR-C150/250 only) 

•  Replace the transfer belt and transfer rollers  (AR-C160 only)
