If you are performing upgrade without installing new DV
•
Install the upgraded firmware. Confirm upgrade by using Sim. 22-05.
(Toner density will not change immediately).
•
Use Test Sim.64-01 (Pattern13,Density 255, Multi Count 20 CMYK) to
reduce
toner
concentration.
•
Power cycle the copier and execute Test Sim 44-06.
•
Re-calibrate the engine using Test Sim 46-24.
Procedure:
Before carrying out any calibration, ensure the following adjustments have
been checked (especially when either drums or developer have been replaced)
