Rear side

(1) Attachment of side molt form R

1. Clean the part on the process frame where the side molt form will be attached with alcohol.
2. Align the attachment criteria "a" and "b" of the side molt form R and "A" and "B" of the process frame

when attaching them.

3. Attach carefully to make no gap between the attachment surfaces of the side molt form R and the process

frame.

(2) Attachment of side seal mylar

1. Clean the part where the side seal mylar will be attached with alcohol.
2. Align the attachment criteria "c" and "d" of the side seal mylar and "C" and "D" of the process frame

when attaching them.

3. The tolerance of the attachment criteria is within 0mm to 0.5mm.

(3) Attachment of side seal R

1. Clean the part where the side seal R will be attached with alcohol.
2. Align the attachment criteria "e" and "f" of the side seal R and "E" and "F" of the process frame when

attaching them.

3. Please make sure to attach the blue part in the diagram below to side G of the process frame.

(Points to be checked)
(1) Check the gap between the side seals (F and R) and the blade.

Confirm that the blade doesn't touch the side seal F or R by pressing the blade.
