There was a possibility of problems such as skipping (abnormal noise, deviance in pitch,
etc.) occurring with the developing drive joint belt C in model ARC150, caused by a
decrease in the tension of the belt due to variance which occurs during the assembly
process. As action to alleviate the problem described above, a change has been carried
out in one location of the idle pulley of the developing drive belt section, and the
attachment location of the developing drive unit C has been moved a little to the right. As
a result of these measures the tension of the developing drive joint belt has been
increased, and the problem described above has been alleviated.
3.Action:
Action has been carried out from 2000 mid-January production.
