2. Symptom
When thrust play is created between the cam boss (A1) and the cam boss (A2), the manual
paper feed clutch spring may enter the thrust play; it may cause deformation of the manual
paper feed clutch spring.
If the manual paper feed clutch spring becomes deformed, jam may occur when feeding
paper from the manual paper feeding multi unit.
3. Description
To reduce the thrust play where the manual paper feed clutch spring enters, the insertion
direction of the spring pin of the cam boss (A2) has been changed.
When replacing the cam boss (A2) with a new one, replace the roller shaft R with a new one,
change the insertion direction of the M bushing C, and disuse one E type ring.
1) The spring pin insertion position of the roller shaft R has been changed.
2) The M bushing C on the outside of the paper feed joint plate has been moved to the inside
and its insertion direction has also been changed.
3) The E type ring on the outside of the M bushing C has been disused.
