Subject :
Misfeed at fuser entrance on the second side of a duplex copy due to 
excessive paper curl.
Symptom :-
When using certain types of paper in duplex mode it is possible for a
misfeed to occur at the fuser entrance.
When the paper is being fed out of the duplex tray a jam may occur at
the fuser entrance because of the excessive curl formed during its first
pass. The curl prevents the lead edge of the paper from being fed into the
nip of the fuser rollers. The jam map will show a misfeed has occurred at
POD.
Action :-
Set the lower pre-fuser guide (see P/G reference list below) to its lowest
position and ensure it is flat along its length (i.e. not bowed).
