AR5132, AR5125 (for SEEG, SUK and SCA)

Since the decurler mechanism is added (in the market), the simulation setting value is
changed.

About the measures when mounting the decurler kit in the market.
When mounting the decurler mechanism to each machine, change the value of
SIMULATION 52-3 (ADU drive clutch OFF time setting) to the following numerical value.
