Sim 26-59: Scanner motor settings.

After inputting the simulation sub code "59", the scanner motor settings window shown at
left is displayed, and the motor settings can be carried out by inputting the motor phase
number. It is important to note that if any numbers other than those listed in the table
shown below are input and used as the setting value, trouble will occur after the machine
start-up operations are carried out.

If [Sim 88-1] is carried out, the setting value for the scanner motor settings becomes "0".
For this reason, it is absolutely necessary to carry out [Sim 26-59] so that the proper
settings can be carried out.

If any numbers other than those listed in the table shown below are input and used as the
setting value, the trouble described below with the positioning of the mirror base will occur
and be treated as initial trouble after the machine start-up operations are carried out.

[L1-00] (During mirror home position sensor detection.)
Errors in the 2-phase and 3-phase settings will result in the same trouble.
