DEVELOPER SET-UP CAUTIONS

Cautions to be observed.

3.Description:

Care should be exercised to insure that the leading edge of the DV blade in the hopper
unit is not stuck into the inner side of the DV side seals L and R in the front and rear of the
developer unit when carrying out parameter setting operations of the developer unit.
(Please refer to the figure shown below for details.)
If the machine is operated while the leading edge of the DV blade in the hopper unit is
stuck into the inner side of the DV side seals L and R in the front and rear of the developer
unit, there is a possibility of the toner spilling and scattering.
