(2) Density adjustment procedure
a. Automatic adjustment for each density mode
1) Execute SIM 46-2 (2-value mode) and SIM 46-3 (HiFi mode).
2) Change the values to adjust.

b. Individual adjustment in each mode
This adjustment is to set the values for each density level in each
mode. It is advisable to use the previous adjustment for each density

E. Paper feed
(1) Manual paper feed size detection level adjustment
1) Execute SIM 40-2.
2) Extend the manual paper feed guide fully.
3) Press [MAX POSITION] on the LCD of the operation panel to
highlight it.
4) Press [EXECUTE] on the LCD of the operation panel to highlight
it.
If normal, the highlight is shifted from [MAX POSITION] to [MIN
POSITION].
